王宜冰,讲师,理学博士,国家纳米科学中心和北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院联合培养研究生。2012年9月加入必赢bwin官网登录入口,开展纳米生物技术在食品安全、生物医药、环境保护等领域的应用研究。借助扫描探针显微技术开展多肽组装、生物分子界面作用、生物界面微纳结构的相关基础研究。开发了多种靶标的亲和多肽筛选技术并实现创新应用。目前累计发表一作及通讯作者文章20余篇,申请发明专利10余项,授权3项。
研究方向:
蛋白质、多肽、多糖的生物基材料开发及在食品及医药领域的应用;
天然活性多肽的结构与生物学功能;
基于扫描探针显微技术的纳微结构研究;
食品安全检测与防控。
